I'm Carica, I have a passion for service and I am obsessed with empowering folks to overcome fear and turn delayed dreams into a reality, especially my sisters.

Fear kept me confined too long, until one day I got enough courage to pursue things in my heart I always wanted to do. I overcame fears and insecurities that kept me stuck, stepped out on faith, and accomplished what I knew God had prepared for me.

I've been an entrepreneur with a heart for outreach since childhood. I began small business coaching and consulting as a side hustle seven years post college graduation and began working in community outreach prior to that.

Fast forward to today, I am a faith-based entrepreneur, self-published author, President and Founder of Not By Sight Outreach, ordained evangelist, minister of dance, and CEO of Carica E. Williams Company, LLC.

My business is my ministry and ministry overflows into my business. God has given you everything you need pertaining to life, including the ability to reach every goal, desire, and dream you imagine for yourself.
