A Power Session is a one time coaching session designed to take a deeper look into your personal and business life and devise a powerful action plan to execute short term goals through strategic direction and guidance.

A Power Session differs from a typical coaching and consulting relationship because it is intentionally structured for a one-time meeting. What is an actionable plan?
After clearly reviewing your Personal Reflection and Business/Goal Analysis, a concrete plan is drawn for you. As a coach and consultant, I am able to identify weak areas that you may not be able to see. Or, perhaps you do recognize them, but need help. Your business model may need restructuring, you may need a system to help you juggle and manage family and home, or maybe you are stuck in a few areas because you are juggling too much due to being over-tasked, which I can help wit that, too.
