Pricing
After completing a complimentary session a scope of work is provided with the proposed scope of work and cost of service.
Frequency
Sessions are held according to the service package. Sessions are tailored to the overall goal.
How are sessions held?
Coaching and consulting sessions are both virtual and in-person. Once client or coach schedules a session, the confirmation email will include a link to access the virtual meeting session.
Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled via an online scheduling calendar at caricaewilliams.setmore.com. Sessions are scheduled no later than 48 hours in advance. Appointments rescheduled by the client within the eight hour start time will be considered a no-show and the session time and full cost of that session will be lost.
Cancellations & Refunds
Package and service cancellation after payment and more than 48 hours of the first session or begin of services will be subject to a 25% fee deducted from the full refund amount. Cancellation after payment and within 48 hours of the first session or before services begin will be subject to 50% fee deducted from the full refund amount.
Refunds are not offered once coaching sessions have been begun. Sessions may be put on pause but refunds will not be approved.
