Rise Up, Sis and Live! is a 90-day mastermind and group coaching experience for Christian Women called to create...

Faith-driven women, who are ready to accomplish entrepreneurial and life dreams that have been delayed for too long.

The mastermind is a cohort of six-ten women who are focused on completing one entrepreneurial goal within three months. 

This group is no half-stepping. You will receive the accountability, guidance, faith-building, and  strong supportive sisterhood you need to take you where you have been trying to advance to, year after year. 

You will enter one way and leave a more confident, bold woman with a clear roadmap and an achieved goal.

MODULE ONE:
IDENTIFY THE ROOT OF FEAR

• Welcome and introduction time! Let the group know who you are.

II. What's This Thing Called Fear?

• Fear has more than one meaning and shows up differently in each one of our lives. God did not give a spirit of fear to his children; however, we often find ourselves operating in fear more than faith, and many times unknowingly. In this session, you will identify the fear factor in your life and get to the root of where it came from and develop a strategy to overcome it.

III. Shhh...Silence The Other Voice

• Unpleasant incidents from the past can bury words in your spirit that may unexpectedly pop up when triggered. As an adult, you will visit the child in you that still hears words and replays moments the enemy tries to use to break your spirit and momentum, and, you will shut his mouth.

 

WEEK TWO: 
​REPLACE FEAR WITH FAITH

I. All Things Work Together For Good

• You may not understand how or why it happened, but you will see that somehow it will come out for your good. In this session, you will put the incidents and experiences you have lived through and watch how sweet they are for you. It's surprise time! ​
  

WEEK THREE:
​SEE YOURSELF THROUGH THE EYES OF GOD

I. Unmasked

• The persona you portray is not who lives behind that smile. Activity time! In this session, you will explore the “mask” you wear, call out the person “they” see, and allow the real “you” to shine, unapologetically and without fear. ​
  

WEEK FOUR: 
​CONFRONT FEAR FROM THE PAST

I. Hold Up, Wait A Minute

• Have you ever found yourself asking, “When is it my turn?” Carrying the load of family, work, ministry, and everything else, you may find yourself further and further away from your own desires and personal wants. In this session, learn how to put yourself first in a healthy, productive way. Release hurt from past and perceived obligations that you have created for yourself. Come from behind the shadows and expectations of others and live.

II. Rise Above Rejection

• The spirit and fear of rejection can creep in as young as a child or as old as an adult. Parents leave, relationships end, promotions are lost, there are many factors that contribute to the fear of rejection and the walls that are built from it. You will rise above that wall and knock it down, once and for all. ​
  

WEEK FIVE:
​LIVE IN YOUR TRUTH, UNASHAMED

I.  Use Your Unique Story to Profit

• What is your testimony, sis? I mean your real, hard core, no body but God could do that, testimony? In this session, learn how to take the story of your trial and the victory God gave you to the world and profit.  
  

II. It Was All A Dream

• Dreams turn into reality and God gives the desires of the heart. Do you believe it, sis? In this session, you will dare to speak your dream and receive the roadmap to make it happen. Whether it is a childhood desire or a recent hope, you can pursue it and achieve it.
  

WEEK SIX: 
I WILL RISE UP AND LIVE!

I. You Have Made It

• You did it, sis! This last session focuses on a recap of where you have come from over the last six weeks. By this session, you will have identified fear, self-limiting beliefs, doubt, and any other mess you put on the table to destroy. The best part, you will feel renewed, refreshed, and revived, ready to rise up and live in the authority and power God gave you.​ ​
  

RISE UP, SIS AND THRIVE!

I mean business when it comes to my sisters elevating pass their challenges and becoming who they really are. I know firsthand what it feels like to be "stuck". Stuck behind hidden fears, insecurities, anxiety, and excuses. And I know what it feels like to want more but held back by doubt and my own self-limiting beliefs.

After becoming a single mother my third year of college, I carried the fear of rejection, failure, and disappointment in my heart for years. It was evident through my lack of goal and dream pursuits. I allowed so many things I wanted to do to lay dormant, while I supported everybody else in everything they wanted to do. It wasn't until one day, I literally came to myself, and realized, God desired more for me and from me. And His desire for me was to prosper, be in good health, and to be happy.

I got myself together, and began to pursue the dreams and desires of my heart. My faith increased and I began to rise up and live. I began coaching women of faith to do the same, personally, professionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Rise Up Sis and Live! is an experience that will elevate your confidence to an entirely new level.  Each session will keep you engaged, from its activities, surprises, and motivational guidance.

Rise Up Sis and Live is a group coaching program created and facilitated by Carica E. Williams. Carica is a small business consultant and empowerment coach, who skillfully incorporates faith and the word of God in her business strategy, empowering Christian females to overcome fear and pursue the dreams God has placed in their heart.

As a self-published author, an evangelist, businesswoman, entrepreneur, and single mother, Carica identifies with the inner struggle women face in their faith and personal life, while juggling the responsibilities of life. With that appreciation, she runs each group with compassion and leads each participant toward the path of overcoming fear to boldly walk by faith and trust God. Each session is spirit lead and you will enjoy Carica's charisma, personable attitude, and God given anointing.

FAQs

IS this only a virtual experience?

During this time, Rise Up Sis and Live! is virtual. As we navigate our way through the COVID-19 pandemic, Rise Up Sis, and Live! will remain virtual. Once the world safely reopens and the pandemic is over, we will revisit our in-person virtual retreats.

how many attendees are in a session?

To receive the full experience, virtually, ten is the maximum number of participants.

what is the cost and When is payment due?

The cost of the 90-day program is $495. A 20% non-refundable deposit is due to secure placement in the program once accepted. There is a two-part payment plan available and a 10% discount for paying in full.

When will i know if i have been accepted?

Applications are reviewed on a monthly basis. The applicant will receive an email that their application is in review and will be notified if selected. Groups are selected one month in advance, before a scheduled session.

How many sessions are held monthly?

One group session is held monthly for approximately two hours.

Is the program only for Christians?

Rise Up, Sis and Live is a group coaching experience for women who are ready to face and overcome challenges that have kept them stuck for far too long and pursue their dreams and desires, according to God's plan and direction.  It is guided by the facilitator's self-published book, Overcoming the Fear That Has Delayed Your Dreams Workbook, faith principles, and the word of God (the bible). All women are welcome to join but must be receptive, aware, and respect the Christian beliefs and nature of the session. 

What day of the week and time is the program?

Rise Up Sis and Live! is scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday. Date and time is finalized with the group in advance.

Why is there an application?

Unfortunately, everyone does not make it into Rise Up, Sis and Live! at the time of their application. There is a maximum session limit of ten. There is an application process to select the best peer groups that will benefit the most working together. This helps with the demand and amount of applications received. If a participant is not selected for the next upcoming session, doesn't mean they will not be accepted. They will be notified of the next dates.
